After graduating from Hiroshima University, he got a job at the Wakayama Prefectural Office.
He has experience as a leader of various projects in the planning, financial and financial fields.
Later, as a researcher at the Keio University Global Security Center Research Institute, he researched international financial security, decentralization (doshu system), and the revitalization of local agriculture, forestry and fisheries industries.
After that, he joined Mitsubishi Corporation and has been active in Japan and overseas as a project manager for agriculture and food-related projects.
He has a lot of experience in farming guidance overseas such as Myanmar.
He is also a member of the Japanese government’s Regulatory Reform Council and Administrative Reform Council. Various consultations and guidance are available from upstream to downstream.
